Maths tutoring in Ljubljana and online
Maths tutoring covers everything from grade 4 of primary school to the matura and first-year university. Lessons run in Ljubljana or online, 45 minutes each, usually once a week, at €18. The goal is not just a better grade, but that you understand why things work and stop dreading calculations.

For parents
How it works with your child
You are welcome at the first lessons
At the first lesson, and for a few more if you like, you can sit in and see how it goes and whether it suits your child.
Then one-to-one
Later we work 1-on-1 so your child can focus better. If the lesson is at home, it is good to have an adult nearby.
No risk
The first chat (15 minutes) is free, and you can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before.
Honest advice
If I think your child does not need tutoring, or that someone else could help them better, I will tell you.

Before you write
Do you help with matura maths preparation?
Yes. For the matura we first review what you already know, then solve past papers and find where you usually lose points: wrong method, unread question or calculation slip.
Do you work with pupils who struggle with maths?
Yes, it is a common starting point. First we find where understanding broke, because the problem is usually older than the current topic. Then we move forward gradually, without pressure.
Do you work with pupils who have difficulties with calculation (e.g. dyscalculia)?
I am happy to adapt to a pace and approach that suits you: more pictures, smaller steps, more time. I am not a special-needs teacher and I do not diagnose. If you need professional support, I will tell you honestly.
