Tutoring in Ljubljana
Tutoring in Ljubljana takes place at your home or in a public place such as a library or café, 45 minutes per lesson, €18 for maths, computing and informatics and €22 for Japanese. For other places in Slovenia, lessons are online.
How it works
I come to your home or we meet in a public place that suits you: a library, a café or another quiet spot. I bring my sheets and tablet; you bring your notebook and homework.
You pick a time for the get-to-know chat or regular lessons in the calendar, or you can just write to me.
Why in person
Younger pupils and anyone who finds it hard to stay focused in front of a screen benefit from personal contact. With Japanese it helps to write by hand and see the stroke order.

How it works with your child
You are welcome at the first lessons
At the first lesson, and for a few more if you like, you can sit in and see how it goes and whether it suits your child.
Then one-to-one
Later we work 1-on-1 so your child can focus better. If the lesson is at home, it is good to have an adult nearby.
No risk
The first chat (15 minutes) is free, and you can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before.
Honest advice
If I think your child does not need tutoring, or that someone else could help them better, I will tell you.
Frequently asked
Before you write
What if I live outside Ljubljana?
Then we work online. A video call with a shared whiteboard works very similarly.
Still not sure?
That is fine. Write what interests you, even if you do not know whether you need tutoring at all. I reply within a day.
