Data is processed by Nik Jan Špruk, tutor. Contact for any privacy question: [email protected].

Through the contact form: name, email address, optionally a phone number, and what you write yourself (subject, grade or level, message).

Through booking: name, email address, the chosen time and the message you add. Bookings are processed by the calendar provider Cal.com.

Only to reply to you, agree a time and run the lessons. I do not sell data and do not use it for advertising.

Providers I need to run this: the booking calendar (Cal.com), an email provider and the website host. No one else.

I keep inquiries as long as needed to arrange things, at most 12 months after the last contact. If you become a student, I keep the data during our work together.

At any time you can request access, correction or deletion of your data, object to processing or request a copy. Write to me at [email protected]. If you believe your rights were violated, you can complain to the Information Commissioner of Slovenia.

This site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. When you open the booking calendar, Cal.com loads and may set its own cookies.

To understand which pages are useful, I may use anonymous visit statistics without cookies (Umami and Vercel Analytics). It does not track individuals or build profiles.
