Computer science and programming tutoring
Computer science tutoring teaches programming and thinking with algorithms: from first steps in Scratch and Python through Java and web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) to tougher university courses. Lessons run in Ljubljana or online, €18 per 45 minutes. We work on small projects you actually want to build, not only exercises.
Computer science
Who this is for
Children and teenagers
Scratch, logic and first Python. Play first, structure after.
Secondary students
Python, algorithms, data structures and preparation for competitions or school projects.
University students
Programming 1 and 2, algorithms and data structures, help with exercises and projects in Python, Java and other languages.
Adult beginners
Changing careers or just curious how things work? We start at the very beginning.

Try it
Guess a number in seven steps
One of the first algorithms I teach: binary search. Hide a number and watch how I find it.
How it works
What a lesson looks like
- R1
We start from your goal
A game, a website or a university course? The goal picks the route.
- R2
We write code together
At first I type and explain, then you. In the end I am just there for questions.
- R3
Mistakes are the teacher
Debugging is a skill. You learn to read error messages and follow them.
- R4
You finish something of your own
Every block ends with a small working result.
45 minutes
18 €
Two students together pay €12 each, a 10-lesson pack costs €162.
For parents
How it works with your child
You are welcome at the first lessons
At the first lesson, and for a few more if you like, you can sit in and see how it goes and whether it suits your child.
Then one-to-one
Later we work 1-on-1 so your child can focus better. If the lesson is at home, it is good to have an adult nearby.
No risk
The first chat (15 minutes) is free, and you can cancel a lesson free of charge up to 24 hours before.
Honest advice
If I think your child does not need tutoring, or that someone else could help them better, I will tell you.
Frequently asked
Before you write
Where should I start if I am a complete beginner?
Scratch is a good choice for children, Python for teenagers and adults. You do not need prior knowledge, just a computer. In the first lesson we write a short program so you see it works.
Do you help with university assignments?
I help you understand the material and how to approach problems, but I do not write assignments for you. I explain, guide you through mistakes and check your understanding.
Which programming languages?
Most often Python, JavaScript and HTML/CSS. For university also C and Java, depending on the course.
What do I need?
A computer with internet and a code editor, which we install together in the first lesson. With children it helps if a parent is nearby.
